1/2 cup chopped bananas
1 cup whisked fresh curds (dahi)
1/2 tsp mustard (rai/sarson) powder
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste

Combine all the ingredients together in a deep bowl and mix well.
 
Serve immediately.
