Avacados are used in various purposes in Puddings, milkshakes and salads also. This salad recipe has avacados as th main ingredient, this salad is a cuncy, juicy, tangy salad with a minty dressing.

Ingredients
 
1 cup sliced avocado
1/2 cup sliced capsicum
1/2 cup deseeded and sliced tomatoes
1 cup sliced and blanched babycorn
1/2 cup cucumber strips
 
To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
 
2 tbsp honey
3/4 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp finely chopped mint leaves (phudina)
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
 
Instructions
 
Combine the all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
 
Add the dressing and toss well.
 
Serve immediately.
